Q1. What new technologies and products will be presented at the exhibition? What are their advantages and highlights compared with other similar products?

In line with the corresponding small-and medium-batch production capacities, we are presenting two different SMT production lines.

First is our full-auto solder paste printer. Summing up, its greatest advantage lies in its high cost performance under high precision. Meanwhile, this printer is equipped with a series of innovations such as dual cameras and the stencil alignment and adjustment sinking technology. Its relatively small footprint helps users save on the cost of floor space for wiring.

The second one is our 8-head multi-functional general-purpose pick and place machine. This machine is equipped with 8 placement heads and a high-precision, large-field-of-view fixed camera. It can not only handle the scanning and flying-shot of small-packaged components but also support the one-time identification of large-sized components within 40mm*40mm. This machine can either be used independently for general-purpose mounting or integrated into a high-speed production line as a multi-functional machine, effectively reducing the usage cost for users.





Q2. With the rapid development of the new technologies, what new opportunities and challenges do you think the electronic manufacturing equipment industry is facing? What are your company's layouts and plans in this field?

Currently, several phenomena can be observed in the market: the downward expansion of specialization, high cost performance, personalization, a significant increase in fragmented orders, and continuous growth in R&D investment. Influenced by market demand, these changes are transmitted from the consumer end to the supply end, and the nature of rigid demand has actually undergone substantial alterations.

We also adapt our products in response to market changes. For example, regarding our prototyping systems, starting from desktop type manual operations to basic automated equipment, we have also introduced a high cost performance automatic solder paste printer that reduces labor input. This effectively meets users' requirements for easy-to-use products, low investment costs, and high-quality implementation, thereby facilitating rapid product R&D and iteration.

Q3. Considering the current understanding of domestic equipment among customers, what do you think of the development path of domestic equipment?

This question is of great significance. After more than a decade of development, Chinese SMT equipment has made remarkable progress in performance compared with previous years. However, when compared with foreign cutting-edge equipment, there is still a long way to go. Only when users can actually make good use of Chinese SMT equipment and derive value from it will the market gradually recognize the progress, and opportunities will be gradually unleashed. In this process, comprehensive technical support services are particularly crucial. When the performance has not yet fully reached that of advanced foreign brands, it is essential to achieve continuous value output of the equipment through high-quality services. Therefore, we attach great importance to the service sector.

Recently, we have upgraded our after-sales service system. The employees operating the equipment can seek technical support with just one-click scanning of the QR code. Moreover, we will provide a variety of process-related guidance solutions to help users ensure that both the process and equipment production are implemented smoothly, ultimately achieving the practical goal of creating value for customers.

Q4. As products in the electronic manufacturing equipment industry are becoming more intelligent, smaller and higher-precision, what unique advantages do you think your company's products and technologies have to adapt to this trend?

Miniaturization, high precision, and intelligence have been the directions we've adhered to in research and development over the years. We've established modular R&D and production for key components. In the future, we'll be able to achieve multi-functionality based on the three-axis machine motion control module. For example, it can be applied in scenarios such as dispensing with chip-mounting, soldering, and other electronic assembly processes, providing customers with one-stop equipment and process services.
